Skape lifelike 3D city models are fully rendered with real textured images and can be instantly downloaded. We think you'll be impressed with the detail too. You can actually see window locations, windows and doors enabling you to really understand each building.

We provide a full suite of 2D and 3D mapping as well as emerging innovations such as point cloud data. Our high resolution datasets let you create detailed, accurate and realistic 3D modelling for technical design.

Skape offers you exclusive textured 3D visualisations of whole areas that are easy to interact with. Skape gives you a valuable flexibility of vantage points, and each building is individually mapped - so you can easily remove and add them as needed.

Registering with Skape is entirely free and takes only minutes. Should you use our service, you will be invoiced monthly on a pay-as-you-go basis. (Our preliminary research indicated a 67% preference for a pay-as-you-go pricing model amongst potential Skape users.) And once you've viewed a specific area using Skape, you can access the same model again - free of charge.

Skape allows you to search simply for an address, view data layers, select an area to order, and Skape will deliver the downloaded dataset. Skape's unique functionality allows you to customize your 3D modelling and data layers, from adding annotations to creating visual fly-throughs. Skape is easy to use and accessible 24/7, enabling you to work more efficiently, responsively and productively. And with our satellite imagery there's no more need to scope out a location in person - we have all of the city area detail that you need to view your buildings within a real 3D environment.

CAD compatible

Skape allows you instant access to download 3D data compatible with most CAD visualisation software, giving you the ability to create your visuals quickly and cost effectively. Using high resolution terrain data, LiDar building heights you can compile realistic 3D models using your own CAD in minutes.

You can insert your own CAD buildings in the 3D Real Skape layer and create realistic fly throughs, 3D PDFs and location plans. Our Urban Skape city data gives you instant easy access to comprehensive 3D heighted imagery, allowing quick and easy 3D visualisation of cities. This will allow you to streamline your existing working processes, saving you valuable time and effort. Skape's high quality satellite imagery also eliminates the need for unnecessary site visits too.

With Skape, you can print off models as 3D pdfs, and reconcile each export with a project reference, so you can charge the export back to your clients. In addition, our pay-as-you-go, area-based pricing structure offers you significant flexibility and value for money.

Skape is the first service to offer you advanced imagery of 3D heighted buildings. We show real, fully textured imagery captured by our own dedicated fleet of aircraft. In addition, our data allows interactive analysis for:
