Important information about Java

Skape relies on some of the latest web technology to bring 3D environments to your fingertips. One of these technologies is the Java environment, which most modern internet PC's will have installed.

We have had some reports from customers who have experienced problems where they are running out-of-date versions of Java, particularly 6.17 or 6.18. These customers experienced symptoms like the application not running properly, sometimes not even running at all when you double click on the Skape icon.

This is nothing to worry about - you just need to update to the latest version of Java. You can do this quickly and easily from the Java website at http://www.java.com/en/.
